Billets heaters are available for ferrous & non-ferrous application.
Standard billet heaters are provided with pneumatic or hydraulic pusher mechanism. Various loading arrangements can be supplied along with main equipment.
Walking beam heaters are available for large cross-section heaters.
The cut pieces are fed into the induction system by a controlled pneumatic pusher in a traverse magazine system; in the optional pinch roll. System controlled speed is achieved through AC drives & motor. The hot billets are ejected out from hot end or coil box by means of a motorized quick ejector mechanism. The hot billets then fall freely through the chute.
